When I was a teenager I wanted to live the romantic life of poet, stumbling around the lofts of lower West Side of Manhattan, writing achingly sad poems by day and mingling with musicians by night. Then I grew up to become a mom of two who still has a passion for music and art, but has abandoned her beatnik tendencies. Today I just hope to have an outlet to discuss all my life's preoccupations and maybe share my thoughts with some like-minded friends from afar.
